It’s time to get excited for our next show. We’ve got some exciting things planned to bring more people to the show (and your booth). Let’s get started!

******(During this covid hiatus if you are interested in being a vendor please fill out the current application and mail in. We are compling a list of vendors for when we start back up. We are looking to change things up and will keep the current California mandates in mind in preparing for our next show or events. Please let us know of any ideas you have to make this new process safer. We are working on layout changes to keep flow of traffic and social distances in mind. Hope you all are safe and making new products.)

Once you've paid in full and have been approved to exhibit at the San Diego Quilt Show, your company will be listed and profiled on our website.

Booth Information

Standard 10x10 booth price is $550, $50 additional for a corner. A minimum deposit ($100 per 10ft requested) is required with the application.

A 10x10 or 10x15 booth space will include 1 table and 2 chairs, 10x20 or 10x25 will include 2 tables and 3 chairs, 10x30 will include three 6-foot tables and 3 chairs, and the 10x40 or 20x20 booth space will include four 6-foot tables and 4 chairs.

Many of our vendors design small projects we call "Make-it, take-it" to share with attendees. For a small fee or free they will have a demo of something to make and take with them. This is a great opportunity for you to establish personal, one-on-one relationships with our attendees, and give them a new skill or small gift for them to take home as a souvenir. If you are interested in having a make it and take it in your booth for a nominal fee we give a free extra 5 feet. You can mark it on your application and on the reverse side of the form please put an explanation regarding your project and fee. Makeit, take-it booths will be designated as such in our printed and digital program.

The San Diego Quilt Show is the largest volunteer run quilt show on the West Coast. Visitors claim that SDQS has big show amenities with a small show feel, and that's largely due to our structure. San Diego Quilt Show is a 501(c)3 non-profit labor of love built on the passion of those who give their time and resources to make it happen. So 100% of your donated investment goes directly toward the creation of the show. There are no salaries for any members of The San Diego Quilt Show, Inc.

Donations of all amounts are valued from 5 dollars to Thousand of dollars. This helps up keep up with the trends and types of shows that you know and love.
