Storm at Sea

by Wendy Mathson

Have you always wanted to make a "Storm at Sea" quilt but thought the piecing was too difficult or fussy? Just because this is an old-fashioned pattern doesn't mean you need to piece it the old-fashioned way! Wendy Mathson has literally written the book on making Storm at Sea quilts, and she invented a set of trimming tools that makes it so easy. All fabric pieces start as squares or rectangles that are easily cut from strips. The tools allow you to trim after you sew for maximum accuracy with minimum fuss. You do not need to purchase the tools - each student gets a set to use during class. Pattern is supplied.
